1. Where do I find information on how to use/download/install ownCloud? - Top
Go here to the Data Storage web portal, and You should start with the ownCloud Client Documentation. You can download the client's software here
There are a lot of tutorials and how-to's written for installing and managing ownCloud client, to be found all over the internet. Google or another search engine can find them easily.
2. I have a problem, what do I do? - Top
If the ownCloud client Documentation does not help and Google can't solve your problem either, you can ask for help in our community support forum.
3. How Secure is my transfer? - Top
The client supports HTTPS and offers server-side encryption. client software automatically generates a 2048-bit strong private/public key-pair for each user. Private keys are encrypted with the user’s login password.
4. Are files encrypted during sync? - Top
Yes, we use TLS for sending and receiving files over the network so they are encrypted during transmission.

7. What are the system requirements to use the Data Storage? - Top
TCL Data Storage website does not require software downloads or installation - the platform is accessible from any Web browser (FireFox 3.x or later, Internet Explorer 8.x or later, Safari 5 or later or Chrome 4.x or later).
However, if you want to automate your storage, you can use the client's software for that purpose. Client Software (Owncloud) is supported on Windows, Linux and Mac and it can be downloaded here.
8. Can I upgrade my account if I need to? - Top
Yes. You can upgrade your account at anytime. You will pay the difference between your current account and your new account. There are no extra fees involved in upgrading.
9. How long does it take to set up a new account? - Top
New accounts are guaranteed to be set up within 24 hours from the time we receive your order.
10. Can I use my account for commercial purposes? - Top
Yes, you can use your account to build and run your business, including e-commerce. The World Wide Web has become an efficient and cost-effective means of making information available to a wide user base, and we encourage our clients to use this flexible medium.
